Small soft pulsating lump developed on face since 4 years ago being out in the sun. What could it be? Could Botox help? (Photo)

small soft pulsating lump just above lip. Feels waxy. It started after being in sun. The next day looked like I had a heartbeat on my face with small soft lump. It pulsates (u can see it) it's getting worse &I can feel tingling and twitching under the skin & burning also the skin is white. looks worse in different lights. What is this & what treatments? I'm starting to get self conscious, starting to worry me. have seen docs and everyone says there is nothing they can do. Could Botox help?

Lines at the sides of the eyes that deepen when you smile and squint are greatly improved with Botox. Some of these lines extend farther down over the cheek. These are also improved with Botox but the downside of treating these too aggressively is a potential change in the appearance of your smile.

You have a ptotic (droopy) eyelid because the muscle which elevates the lid was effected by the Botox. Often the Apraclonidine drops fixes the problem. Fortunately, the eyelid will elevate without treatment in a month. I do not believe acupuncture will help, although I have seen it work for...

Fortunately, you do not need to be worried. No harm will come to you following your Botox treatment if you bent over. The Botox is absorbed very rapidly and should not migrate if you bend over later in the day.
