small soft pulsating lump just above lip. Feels waxy. It started after being in sun. The next day looked like I had a heartbeat on my face with small soft lump. It pulsates (u can see it) it's getting worse &I can feel tingling and twitching under the skin & burning also the skin is white. looks worse in different lights. What is this & what treatments? I'm starting to get self conscious, starting to worry me. have seen docs and everyone says there is nothing they can do. Could Botox help?

No Botox will not help. If the area is actually pulsating it is a blood vessel and can be treated. See a board certified dermatologist to get it done

Thank you for your question. No, Botox will not help. If it is pulsating there is blood supply like a vein or artery. You need to see a physician for evaluation and treatment.

Did any of your doctors suggest that this was the facial artery that is pulsating?  If that's what it is there are ways of making it go away, but they aren't easy.
