small soft pulsating lump just above lip. Feels waxy. It started after being in sun. The next day looked like I had a heartbeat on my face with small soft lump. It pulsates (u can see it) it's getting worse &I can feel tingling and twitching under the skin & burning also the skin is white. looks worse in different lights. What is this & what treatments? I'm starting to get self conscious, starting to worry me. have seen docs and everyone says there is nothing they can do. Could Botox help?
