First of all this does not sound like a lipoma, but instead a sebaceous cyst which popped.  Lipomas do not pop and creamy liquid does not come out of them this would happen with a sebaceous cyst. I would recommend you find a board-certified plastic surgeon by the American Board of plastic ...

The only thing you can do is have them excised, I would recommend you find a board-certified plastic surgeon who has a large experience in lipoma removal to minimize the scarring as much as possible. Your medical insurance could potentially cover this.Best Regards,Dr. Gartner

Lipomas don't leak out brownish fluid unless it's possibly infected which would be rare. It sounds like you probably have some type of cyst or something else there. I would recommend you get it evaluated by a board certified plastic surgeon.Best Regards,Dr. Gartner
