Thank you for the question and photos.  The scar around your belly button is a challenging issue.  Removal of the scar and re-closing it will lead to more tension and possibly more scarring.  Kenalog injection will reduce the scar thickness but may also lead to pigment loss.  Vertically excising an ellipse of skin and soft-tissue will allow the skin around the belly button to be brought in but will also add an additional scar to your abdomen.  Sometimes letting your skin relax for a while and letting the scar calm down may be the best initial action.Good luck with your belly button scar revision.Dr. Remus Repta
