Thank you for your question.  Unfortunately there is no way to make breast grow naturally.  Other than an augmentation with an implant or fat grafting, there is no way to increase the size of the breast.  Your breast size is pre-determined by your genetics.  

Unfortunately there are no creams, pills or foods that can cause breasts to grow. You can use certain bras and bra inserts to make your breasts look larger in clothing, but the only way to actually increase the size of your breasts would involve surgery in one form or another.

Consequently your breasts are liable to be somewhat smaller than other women who have a higher BMI. Gaining even only 2-4 kg in weight could have an impact on your breast size.
