Answer: there is no nonsurgical way to grow the breasts. A breast augmentation is a simple and safe operation with predictably good results. If you want larger breasts this is certainly something to consider.

Answer: Breast Enlargement The best reliable way to achieve permanent breast enlargement is through a breast augmentation with the use of implants. There are no pills or creams that will increase breast size and some of these types of treatments could potentially be harmful. Fat grafting is an option but is not yet reliable enough to recommend at this time. Seek the consultation of a well trained and experienced plastic surgeon. Because this is a surgical procedure, there are some risks involved and you want to be in the care of someone who is skilled and has the facilities to perform your surgery safely. Also be aware that the breasts consist of glands that produce milk when pregnant and fatty tissue that fill the remainder of the breasts out. As your weight increases, so will the size of your breasts. You currently have a BMI of only 17. While that may be normal for you and other women your age, it means that you do not have very much fatty tissue. Consequently your breasts are liable to be somewhat smaller than other women who have a higher BMI. Gaining even only 2-4 kg in weight could have an impact on your breast size.
