Another solution instead of butt lift?

Hi. Please I need simple English cleared answer (yes or no). I had huge butt implants 550cc since 2019. I'm thinking to take them out very soon. I don't want a butt lift or a bbl because I don't want a huge dark on my back. Is there anyway I can remove the excess skin without a butt lift. I am honestly scared. I'm removing them because I got botched. Please see my review for guidance..... Thank you.

Given your situation, it's very difficult to provide a definitive yes or no answer without a proper evaluation or seeing pictures. The best approach to address excess skin after implant removal varies greatly depending on individual factors such as the amount and location of the excess skin, skin quality, and overall body shape.

In general, when implants are removed, there can be some degree of skin laxity or sagging. While a butt lift is a common procedure to address this, I understand your concerns about scarring. One potential alternative could be strategic body contouring through liposuction or fat grafting to reshape the buttock area without a lift. However, these methods might not be sufficient if there's significant skin laxity.

Another less invasive option might include non-surgical skin tightening treatments. These can sometimes help to a certain extent, but their effectiveness on significant skin laxity is limited compared to surgical methods.

The key here is to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate your specific case and suggest the best course of action. They can review your previous surgeries, assess the current condition, and discuss your aesthetic goals to determine the most suitable approach.

Allow me to answer your question as best i can without any photos. However, please keep in mind that an in-person, or at least a virtual, consultation with physical exam is first necessary before any legitimate evaluation or final surgical recommendations can be made.

Given the little information i have and no photos, it is difficult to give a simple yes or no answer to your question. What I can tell you is, typical in these situations, it is best to have the implants removed and new properly shaped  (eg Stanton Anatomic®️ gluteal implants) and properly positioned implants replaced within the gluteus muscles. Without photos this answer is only scholarly exercise. Volume lost after removal of 550 ml can be replaced only with similar volume to maintain the size and shape of buttocks. Using your own tissue it can be achieved either with fat grafting or with a flap of your own tissue. Incision is placed in the upper buttock/waist junction and an ellipse of skin underneath is deepitalized and placed as a well vascular tissue flap into central and upper buttock; buttock is slightly lifted up. Scars are placed above the buttocks and are well covered with bikini type of underwater. Like it or not, these may be your only options. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, expert in body contouring, is recommended. Gods luck.

To make an assessment on the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure, we generally always need to see proper before and after pictures. Without even including pictures of what you look like, we can’t begin to make an assessment. Skin excessive laxity is best treated by direct surgical excision.
