Before jumping into surgery, consider a little (and I mean a little) botox into the area just above the high eyebrow and just below the low eyebrow.  Take a few selfies prior to the treatment and if you go to  an experienced provider you should get an improvement in your brow asymmetry.  Brow lifting your lower side is also an option.  From what I can see, a true endoscopic release of your lower side and fixation to allow it heal in a higher position is what I'd recommend.  Each surgeon will have a different price so I'd check around in your region.

Hello and thank you for your question. A formal evaluation would be needed to determine the best treatment. There are both surgical and non-surgical options to correct this, depending on your exact situation.

For less significant issues, there are nonsurgical treatments: To give the eyebrows a nice lift, we use injectable fillers to improve the eyebrow, upper eye, forehead and temple. A filler is placed on the bone and in the fat pads of these areas to contour and lift without it looking overdone. We use cannulas to limit pain and swelling.

Surgery (browlift and/or upper blepharoplasty) is a great option for more significant improvement- for example if there is more substantial eyebrow drooping or asymmetry. I suggest getting a consultation with an experienced cosmetic dermatologist and facial sculpting expert, or an aesthetic facial plastic surgeon like Dr. Donald Groves; we are both located right here in Los Angeles.

A brow lift would help correct your asymmetrical eyebrows; however, you may wish to try a neuromodulator first, such as Botox, prior to having a surgery. Botox, for example, may help relax the muscles in your brow area and give you the amount of improvement you need without surgery. Schedule an in-person consultation with a board-certified facial plastic surgeon in your area to have a full examination, to discuss your options and to determine which course of treatment will help you get the results you want. There are several possible causes to brow asymmetry including differences in anatomic position, differences in muscle tone or size differences between the two sides of the face.  The best place to start is with an in person consultation to determine which issue is involved. Uneven brows can be successfully improved surgically if that is necessary.

First, realize that everyone has some degree of facial asymmetry from one side to the other.  That being said, I see the brow asymmetry in your photos but it's hard to know from photos whether this is a dynamic (muscle action effect) or static (no muscle effect) problem. You would have to visit a surgeon in person to help determine this.  Botox will help with a dynamic brow issue, however, Botox will not help a static brow problem.  In this case you may need a single sided brow lift.  Visiting a board certified plastic surgeon would be your best option because they can perform either Botox or perform a brow lift based on their findings. The upper eyelid asymmetry (ptosis) could also only be addressed surgically. At your young age, you have to consider long term changes that occur with aging which can be different on the surgical side vs. the non-surgery side. Take your time and do a lot of homework. Don't rush into anything. Good luck.

Based on your photographs it appears that you have a hyperkinetic frontalis muscle on the right side of your forehead resulting in a higher right eyebrow when compared to the left.  The simplest solution for this asymmetry is to use a small amount of Botox to weaken the frontalis muscle on the right which will lower your right eyebrow and bringing the eyebrows into better alignment.  As you do not have drooping of the eyebrows there is no role for surgical brow lifting.
