I’m looking for a solution for uneven eyebrow height, what procedure may solve that? (Photos)

Before jumping into surgery, consider a little (and I mean a little) botox into the area just above the high eyebrow and just below the low eyebrow.  Take a few selfies prior to the treatment and if you go to  an experienced provider you should get an improvement in your brow asymmetry.  Brow lifting your lower side is also an option.  From what I can see, a true endoscopic release of your lower side and fixation to allow it heal in a higher position is what I'd recommend.  Each surgeon will have a different price so I'd check around in your region.  

Hello and thank you for your question. A formal evaluation would be needed to determine the best treatment. There are both surgical and non-surgical options to correct this, depending on your exact situation.

For less significant issues, there are nonsurgical treatments: To give the eyebrows a nice lift, we use injectable fillers to improve the eyebrow, upper eye, forehead and temple. A filler is placed on the bone and in the fat pads of these areas to contour and lift without it looking overdone. We use cannulas to limit pain and swelling.

Surgery (browlift and/or upper blepharoplasty) is a great option for more significant improvement- for example if there is more substantial eyebrow drooping or asymmetry. I suggest getting a consultation with an experienced cosmetic dermatologist and facial sculpting expert, or an aesthetic facial plastic surgeon like Dr. Donald Groves; we are both located right here in Los Angeles.

A brow lift would help correct your asymmetrical eyebrows; however, you may wish to try a neuromodulator first, such as Botox, prior to having a surgery. Botox, for example, may help relax the muscles in your brow area and give you the amount of improvement you need without surgery.
