6 weeks post op and still have sore areas on either side of my temple where the browlift anchors are, advice?

Hi Lizzeeee,I am not quite sure whether it is pain or numbness that is pulsating (based on your description) but in general, a pulsating feeling usually means vascular involvement which can either be dilatation or constriction. A physical examination and a vascular test will be necessary to confirm this, but the best step is still to see your surgeon.
