So my eyebrows have always been a problem for me. There’s been times when they’ve been super thick and times when they’ve been thin as just a line. Now I’ve let them grow out a while but they’re still SO OFF. It’s honestly my biggest insecurity and I don’t go to events if my eyebrows look dumb. What can I do, is it just my face? I also notice that one side of my face kinda sticks out a little more than the other and one eye is bigger would that make a difference on my eyebrows?

Answer: Eyebrow height Hello, There is a small difference but most people wouldn't notice it since some degree of asymmetry in the face is absolutely normal. Because the difference is small and surgery is not 100% predictable but can leave you with complications, my advice is not to have surgery. You could try Botox to see if this makes a big difference. From the photo, you have an overall attractive appearance, so I don't think surgery would add a lot.

Answer: Brow Lift for correction I know it's crazy when you first hear about facial asymmetry, but everyone has it!! It's normal. From split screen studies of the face, we know that the right side of the face is always slightly different than the left side of the face. Brow sculpting can be done regularly to help build symmetry. I think it needs to thought of as more regular maintenance and self care like getting your hair cut. If it really bothers you, consider a consult with a plastic surgeon to review nonsurgical treatments to bring more balance to your problem areas. Botox and fillers really can help along with skin tightening tools and browlifting if needed. Best Wishes!!
