I was wondering if there is a surgery for bringing eyebrow closer together? (photos)

My eye brows sit farther apart than they should it makes my face look wider I think. I thought that it might work to cut out a piece of skin and sew it up to bring eyebrows closer together. Any suggestions that avoid fillers and provide a more permanent solution. Also would a lip lift plus using my natural fat help with my upper lip at all?
