What would the avg cost be to correct secondary soft tissue problems from a previous reduction- via submental incision shortening the inferior mentalis reattaching tightly with excision of the excess skin? What would this procedure be called? Are very many cosmetic or maxillofacial doctors familiar with this?

As long as you don't have any lose skin and just some fatty tissue under the neck, then submental liposuction is the best option. This can be done under local anesthesia.
