This is one of the many reasons that  I don't like permanent lip implants.  They often move or change as we age. They will be difficult to remove and I would consult an expert in lip fillers to see if a small amount of fillers can be added to help fix the appearance.  Best, Dr. Green

You are correct that softform may in fact be very difficult to remove. The photographs you have submitted are very limited so for that reason I believe you should be evaluated in person by a plastic surgeon. There may be many options available to you.

You would have to be seen in person.  Fillers can be used possibly to camouflage them................
