I have had a facelift 9 months ago and I am actually devastated about the scars, especially on one side. I have had 5 microneedling sessions, 2xRF, CO2, this is how the scars look now. What is your professional opinion on my scars? Should I have a revision or is there any other way to improve them?

The terms you use mean different things to different surgeons. Rather than try to figure out what it all means I recommend you go on a consult with a well respected plastic surgeon in your area. By the way I think fat transfer is a waste of time and money
