I had a consultation with a very respected surgeon who said that he would perform a lower lid transconjunctival bleph with fat repositioning to avoid the hollow look in the future. He also said that I have a little bit of fat medially in my upper lid that he could remove through a stab incision without needing a upper bleph. Another surgeon said that she could do fat transposition on the upper lid and another surgeon said my upper lids don’t need anything. Please advise for both upper and lowers
