Hello realself, My name is Robert. And I have a question: I have pretty fat cheeks, always had also on a low bf. Now I saw that maxilla is recessed and have sleep apnea apparently. But I also have fat cheeks, I did a augmentation about my cheekbones and my question can I get this result with a buccal fat removal
