Allergic to hyaluronidase but need to dissolve lip filler - what options do I have? (Photo)

Got filler 5x times very satisfied with my results up to two years ago. Started getting bad migration and tyndall effect which is impacting me mentally. Went to my injector to dissolve . 5 minutes after patch test got bad itching and redness which continued for an hour or more. He refused to dissolve. I jnow hylenex is available in the US but not here in the netherlands. I dont know what to do but I really want to dissolve and re filler. Can i go back and take antihistamines? This is HA filler so only types of hyaluronidase will help as far as i know. Please advise.
