Hollow under eyes and volume loss after dissolving filler - how can this be fixed? (Photos)

Question

I got under aye and cheek filler dissolved 6 mints after treatment because I think they infected me too much and my face looked chubby and round and puffy and not like myself. I got it dissolved in several session and I feel like myself again but now I have hollow under ayes that didn’t have before. My under ayes stars one finger bellow that it used to and I lost volume there. What can I do to help it? It’s been more that 6 months since my last hyaloronidaze. Anything that can help me with that volume loss and help me look less hollow there? I would never go Back to fillers. Help please :(!!!

Since it's been over six months since your last hyaluronidase treatment, any ongoing hollowing is likely not from swelling or dissolver but from actual volume loss—possibly due to natural fat pad displacement or some unintended loss of your own tissue during the process. Since you're not comfortable returning to fillers, there are still a few non-filler options you might consider. Treatments like platelet-rich plasma (PRP) or platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) injections use your own blood to stimulate collagen and improve volume and skin texture naturally over time. Additionally, ensuring you're well-hydrated, sleeping well, managing stress, and supporting skin health with a good skincare regimen (including ingredients like peptides, hyaluronic acid, and retinoids if your skin tolerates them) can help maintain plumpness and improve texture. You dilemma is tha when you get fillers you are asking to be sculpted. Not injectors are better at dancing in Instagram videos than they are in analyzing facial volume. Less is more. The surgical options are far more likely to permanently wreck you. Hyaluronic acid filler can be removed if the result is not right. The effect of the service lasts about 6 to 10 months. However the product persists for years and years. As it ages it gradually holds more water. Generally I recommend clearing all the filler in the face every 3 to 4 years with the enzyme hyaluronidase. Grafted fat, salmon DNA, PRF—these cannot be removed if there is an issue. There is no substitute for a detailed in person assessment.
