I prefer to use your fat to create more convexity below the eyes and diminish the hollowness. A small amount of fat is harvested from another site and injected into the hollow. Another option would be fat transfer from the lower inner eye to the cheek. If performed correctly, the fat pedicle will survive and provide a result.

You dilemma is tha when you get fillers you are asking to be sculpted. Not injectors are better at dancing in Instagram videos than they are in analyzing facial volume. Less is more. The surgical options are far more likely to permanently wreck you. Hyaluronic acid filler can be removed if the result is not right. The effect of the service lasts about 6 to 10 months. However the product persists for years and years. As it ages it gradually holds more water. Generally I recommend clearing all the filler in the face every 3 to 4 years with the enzyme hyaluronidase.
