Festoon from Restalyne Under Eyes Two Years Ago? Should I have it Dissolved? (Photo)

GreekDee
I got Restalyne for my dark circles and hollow about two years ago and I was amazed with the results. About a year ago I started noticing these little bumps under my eye. I went to a doctor for an opinion and I was told it could be a festoon but she was not sure, she suggested trying to dissolve it with hyaluronidase. I just wanted a second opinion please. If Restalyne was the cause will the hyaluronidase work? If it is not from Restalyne, will the hyaluronidase make me look worst? Also is there something else you think it could be and if so what could the treatment be. I used to see it only sometimes in certain light, but now I feel like I see it more often and it is making me very self conscious.
