What can I do to repair this damage from chin filler and dissolving? (Photos)

I've had chin filler twice and disaolved twice. Each time the filler looked great immediately after but then Injust kept expanding and it would get lumpy and red and stayed that way even at 3 months. So the hylenex has absolutely damaged my skin and I re don know what to do. I still have filler left and it looks awkward and weird bu I also have what looks like burned skin on my chin as well as major crepiness and laxity on my neck that was not there before dissolving. I have one nurse injector recommending to add some filler back in superficially to the mid area where the damage is to try and plump the skin back out. She said it would be a really small amount. She is also then recommending sofwave to deal with my neck and jowels. Is this a good approach? What would you recommend?

It is is highly likely you were being treated by a runny filler with a low G prime. This stuff is so runny it does not stay where it was put. It might look okay at first but then tissue pressure causes it to diffuse. It gets pushed into the jowl area. The dimples in the chin are a common issue related to the loss of elastin in the chin. Higher G prime filler like Restylane are great for this but the low G prime fillers-not great. It is highly likely that your issue with the  hyaluronidase is that you simply did not get enough.  Two 'squirts" of enzyme are not going to get the job done. Some of the low G prime, runny fillers need need more enzyme than high G prime fillers like Restylane. I also think you should consider getting a second opinion for your ptosis surgery if it is not everything you hoped for.

When we dissolve hyaluronic acid fillers with hyaluronidase, we often dissolve the body's natural hyaluronic acid in the skin. If we inject hyaluronic acid back, it migrates under the skin and causes the same problems requiring more dissolving with Hyaluronidase. What we need to do is replace the hyaluronic acid along with the collagen that has been degraded. The best way to achieve this is with a procedure called AutoCorre HD. This is where we place a small amount of hyperdilute HA filler very superficially into the skin rather than under it. This way it does not migrate. We then inject PRF just below the HD filler which allows the growth factors from your platelets to stick to the HA filler which acts as a scaffold for your collagen to form around. With this technique, we can restore the skin integrity naturally so that you don't have to keep chasing your tail causing more damage. The best part is that the results look very natural and last well over a year and are cumulative so that you look even better each time you do it.
