Hi there, after a really unpleasent experience with tear trough injections which left me with hematoma big malar bags and brown discoloration i have decided to resolve the filler. My eyes looked better after hialuronidase but it left me with festoons in both eyes. i tried 3 more times to dissolve it but the festoons remained. I had an US and it was found theres a small amount of filler left ,but my doctor says he doesnt think thats the cause. Is this permanent? How do i resolve this? Help!
