I really dislike my nasolabial folds and flat mid face, that I have had as long as I can remember. I've looked into both cheek implants, face lifts, thread lifts, chin reduction surgeries and fillers, but surgeons either think I'm too young, or the procedure doesn't seem to be worth the cost/is not a permanent fix. I love my face when I lay on my back and everything looks tight, so I am thinking that loose skin is really the issue. Would love your input on what would be the best option for me
Answer: Facial Rejuvenation -- PRP/Microneedling, Lasers, Sculptra, Thermage, Ultherapy, Botox, See an expert I suggest reaching out to an expert for a formal consultation. I like to recommend my patients start a combination of facial rejuvenation treatments. 1) Skincare with products and microneedling/PRP 2) PDT Light Therapy a few times per month with growth factors 3) Laser treatments like Clear + Brilliant regularly and others (Fraxel, Moxi, Viva, CO2, Erbium, Halo) a few times per year 4) Sculptra injections a few times per year for collagen production with fillers like Juvederm, Restylane, Belotero, Radiesse, and/or Bellafill 5) Thermage/Ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone-based Instalift threads for lifting 6) Botox every 2 to 3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: How to enhance facial contours and skin condition without surgery Hello, and thank you for your question. You are 28 years old, and there is nothing wrong with taking a more pro-active approach to your skincare. In fact, it is highly encouraged because more often than not, it is better to prevent rather than correct. That said, there are several skin rejuvenating procedures you can benefit from –whether to address your mild skin laxity or to prevent further deepening of lines and wrinkles. You may have filler injections to help achieve smoother-looking skin and enhance facial contouring, as well as ProfoundRF and other laser treatments that support collagen production for skin tightening. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon who can assess your skin, recommend the best treatment or combination of treatments, and ensure the best possible outcome.

Answer: Considering options From your photos it appears you would benefit from fillers to the cheek, nasolabial folds and marionette lines. This would add some volume. You could also consider Morpheus8. These treatments can improve overall skin tone and texture. We also recommend using medical grade skin care products and wearing sunscreen every day.

Answer: Robust Fillers Can Recontour The Cheeks & Elevate The Angles Of The Mouth For quite a few years already, U.S. cosmetic dermatologists have advocated for "prejuvenation," the early use of nonsurgical rejuvenation techniques to slow down and perhaps even prevent many of the aging problems that would later require more aggressive rejuvenation procedures. I, in fact, began treating my daughters-in-law as early as age 19 for these reasons. So, 28, is by no means too early when the necessity exists. A robust filler for the cheek regions would not only lessen the flattening you dislike, but would create a more ideal, feminine, heart-shaped face, and would likely secondarily soften the smile lines. A robust lifting filler, such as Restylane Lyft, could be used to elevate and straighten the downturning at the angles of the mouth. In experienced hands, both treatments together should take no more than about twenty minutes with results that typically elicit an immedate "Wow!" reaction. Hope this helps, and best of luck.
