I had Botox injections on my masseter muscles because of my TMJ, and my buccal fat pads became more prominent after the botox settled in and slimmed my jaw. I'm also considering getting buccal fat removal. Can these two procedures be done successively or should I wait until the effectiveness of Botox wear off? I'm in my middle thirties and concerned about cheek sagging after having these two procedures. How long should I wait before planning a buccal fat removal or should I avoid it completely?
