I am very unhappy with my nose and nostrils, especially when I smile, as they are very wide. Also want a narrower tip and a straighter line from the radix (which is very deep). I think it is difficult to see what would suit me and what can and should be done with my starting point. I would like advice, as I find that different surgeons have very different views on what should be done in my case.
Answer: Revision Rhinoplasty Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photo your nose tip is over projected and the nostrils are very asymmetric. For get rid of this image an gain more elegant, enough projected, slimmer nose I recommend you revision rhinoplasty. Please keep in mind that %100 symmetry is not achievable in any case. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. Best Regards!

Answer: What should be done with your nose? What should be done with your nose? there are multiple variations on technique in Rhinoplasty, and which one is most appropriate depends mostly on what the particular surgeon you choose is most comfortable with. I would be sure of one thing however. Your nose is already somewhat short. Whatever surgeon and whatever technique you wind up with, you should discuss with your surgeon his thoughts on lengthening your nose and derotating the tip.

Answer: Closed Atraumatic Technique Dear Bright834722, Thankyou for your pictures for a better recommendation.Based on your pictures you may benefit from a nose job to straighten your nose, derotate your tip, and make it slimmer to enhance your facial features. Personally, I prefer Closed Atraumatic Technique which is the least invasive surgical approach with a relatively short downtime. Moreover, during rhinoplasty a wing surgery can also help to achieve similar nostril size and create harmony among your facial features. Best Regards, TAS TEAM

Answer: Augmentation rhinoplasty Thank you for your question and sharing your photographs. Your nose is not likely to produce adequate cartilage graft material for augmentation and potential slight lengthening. In my practice rib cartilage graft is a good alternative but you would have to expect that the tip of the nose would feel firmer. A computer simulation can help to determine the outcome of our that we will are more favourable for you as well as a set of foundation for a frank discussion about feasibility. In some instances 3D imaging can be more helpful to understand various angles when the bridge of the nose is relatively low.

Answer: Your starting point: 3d simulation First of all, thanks for your question. I agree with you about your issues. You have a wide nose tip and low radix. You are a suitable candidate for the ultrasonic rhinoplasty technique. And also you need alar base reduction procedure to reduce your nostrils. At your starting point, 3d simulation can help us to evaluate your nose and imagine the result. Today's developing technologies enable us to understand our patients better. Best regards.
