For get rid of this image an gain more elegant, enough projected, slimmer nose I recommend you revision rhinoplasty. Please keep in mind that %100 symmetry is not achievable in any case. Thankyou for your pictures for a better recommendation.Based on your pictures you may benefit from a nose job to straighten your nose, derotate your tip, and make it slimmer to enhance your facial features. Personally, I prefer Closed Atraumatic Technique which is the least invasive surgical approach with a relatively short downtime. Moreover, during rhinoplasty a wing surgery can also help to achieve similar nostril size and create harmony among your facial features.

Your nose is not likely to produce adequate cartilage graft material for augmentation and potential slight lengthening. In my practice rib cartilage graft is a good alternative but you would have to expect that the tip of the nose would feel firmer.

What should be done with your nose? there are multiple variations on technique in Rhinoplasty, and which one is most appropriate depends mostly on what the particular surgeon you choose is most comfortable with. I would be sure of one thing however. Your nose is already somewhat short. Whatever surgeon and whatever technique you wind up with, you should discuss with your surgeon his thoughts on lengthening your nose and derotating the tip.

It's somewhat difficult to fully assess your radix given some of the face is blocked out taking away landmarks, but I think conservative augmentation to your dorsum with crushed cartilage grafting would lessen the depth of the radix and give you more of the straight line you are looking for. As for the nasal tip, creating more definition to these cartilages through a variety of techniques would narrow your tip and also would help define your tip on profile by giving a subtle supratip break (small transition point between dorsum and tip). The base of the nose could also be narrowed conservatively through small incisions on either side of the nasal base.
