Would I benefit from a lip lift along with my rhinoplasty? I would like to achieve facial harmony

My philtrum is around 17 to 20mm, it's hard to measure. Do I need a lip lift too? facial harmony is important to me. I've been told some contradictory things. One surgeon told me I could have a lip lift with rhinoplasty the other said i couldnt as I'll have to have wing surgery (basplasty ?) Is it true i cant have a lip lift if I need surgery to my wings? Also i do have gum show when i laugh hard. Pics included When i photoshop both i look insane but i think im just bad at it

Based on these photos, it doesn't look that lift lift is needed. It is, in our experience, teeth and gum show that eliminates need for lip lift in your case. You have nice, perky lips and generous smile; decision for lip lift should not be related to the distance but rather a smile/teeth show. Hope this helps.

I am not a fan of the lip lift because it often doesn’t do what you think it will. In your case in particular you already show a little more of your upper teeth than average and the lip lift could end up showing even more if your teeth

Hello you need make a straight your septum and solve breathing problems also correct the nostrils but after the surgery your nose will not be straight for 100 % you need make a small projection of your nose little need to up tip of the nose and make a straight your septum
