There are several options for you that can be determined after examination. A rhinoplasty in my opinion is one of the most difficult procedures to perform. In my practice, I utilize piezosurgery. Piezosurgery is a more gentle technique that allows for greater precision. Less bruising and swelling is common with Piezosurgery. In a typical rhinoplasty, a hammer and chisel technique is performed leading to more inadvertent fractures. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!

In my professional opinion, everybody has different facial features and according to your pictures you have a thick skin, therefore you need to set realistic expectations in terms of reduction, your nose can be reduced as much as your tissues will allow that to do so. Your nose can be slimmed down and tip and nostrils can also be reduced through Closed Atraumatic Rhinoplasty. Additionally, you will need some preparations for your skin to improve the quality pre-surgery.I am attaching a link for before and after of this procedure if you would like to look deeper into this surgery.
