Dears, what kind of rhinoplasty I will need? My nose is big and round. I would like it to be bit thinner . what kind of look can I achieve? also is it possible to do treatment of snoring as well with it? i have snoring problem and i want to get that done as well

Hello! Thank you for your question.As far as I can see from your photos you have thick skin for get rid of this image I recommend you rhinoplasty surgery. Rhinoplasty would be the right choice. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. It would be better face to face consultation.Best regards!

Hi @Gorgeous436518! Thank you for sending your photos. recommend seeing an expert rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are several options for you that can be determined after examination. A rhinoplasty in my opinion is one of the most difficult procedures to perform. In my practice, I utilize piezosurgery. Piezosurgery is a more gentle technique that allows for greater precision. Less bruising and swelling is common with Piezosurgery. In a typical rhinoplasty, a hammer and chisel technique is performed leading to more inadvertent fractures. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!

Thankyou for providing pictures as a reference. In my professional opinion, everybody has different facial features and according to your pictures you have a thick skin, therefore you need to set realistic expectations in terms of reduction, your nose can be reduced as much as your tissues will allow that to do so. Your nose can be slimmed down and tip and nostrils can also be reduced through Closed Atraumatic Rhinoplasty. Additionally, you will need some preparations for your skin to improve the quality pre-surgery.I am attaching a link for before and after of this procedure if you would like to look deeper into this surgery.
