Motiva mini vs demi - are there any differences in how the mini feels vs the demi ones?

Im about to have a breast augmentation and I want the Motiva Ergonomix. I just want a little more volume and that’s why I want the minis. However, my question - are there any differences in how the mini feels vs the demi ones? I’ve read that some people with mini thinks that they are not as soft as they thought they would be. My current size is 70/75A will I be able to achieve a cup size bigger with the minis? One breast is also bigger, and I’m only able to fill out one side of the bra.

Mini: Provides the smallest projection, producing a subtly noticeable improvement.   
Demi: Provides a more pronounced lift with a medium-low projection.   
While the projection can influence the overall appearance, the feel and texture of the implants are primarily determined by the implant material and the surgeon's technique. To the touch, both Mini and Demi implants should feel smooth and organic.
It's important to note that individual experiences can vary. Some individuals may have specific preferences or expectations regarding the feel of their implants.  You can have a detailed conversation about your expectations and concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon.

in general, the Motiva Ergonomix mini and demi implants have different shapes and may feel different. The Ergonomix mini implants are round with a tapered base and a projection designed to provide a more natural look, whereas the Ergonomix demi implants have a teardrop shape that is designed to mimic the natural slope of the breast. The feel of each implant can also vary depending on the amount of natural breast tissue you have and the size of the implant.

In terms of achieving a cup size bigger, it's difficult to predict exact cup size outcomes since cup sizes can vary between bra brands and styles. Your surgeon will be able to guide you on selecting the implant size that will achieve your desired look while considering your individual breast dimensions and overall body proportions.

Lastly, regarding asymmetry, it's common for women to have breasts that differ in size and shape. Your surgeon will be able to assess the extent of your asymmetry and recommend the appropriate implant size and shape to achieve better symmetry and balance between your breasts.

breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.
