I am 23 no children don’t plan on it either. These are my breasts and I wanted to know if I will need a lift as well or only implants to just be slightly bigger and just fuller in general, I’d really like to stay away from a lift but of course I’m not the doctor! I have tight skin for sure, I do muscle training often as well maybe that helps not sure

You should be fine undergoing only a breast augmentation. Your anatomy will be unchanged with the same appearing breasts with implants in place. The folds will still be there following this surgery. Liposuction could be performed to reduce some of the fat in the sternal area if you so desired.
