I am 23 no children don’t plan on it either. These are my breasts and I wanted to know if I will need a lift as well or only implants to just be slightly bigger and just fuller in general, I’d really like to stay away from a lift but of course I’m not the doctor! I have tight skin for sure, I do muscle training often as well maybe that helps not sure

Answer: Breast lift A side photo would help determine where the nipples are in relation to your breast fold. Based on the photos you’ve provided, however, your nipples may be located below your breast fold. This means that a breast lift would be recommended. Without one, the implants would sit too low on your chest and you wouldn’t have upper pole fullness.

Answer: Do I need a lift? An in person evaluation is really needed to determine if a lift is recommended for you. You do have asymmetry and one breast appears lower than the other. A breast lift can help improve asymmetry as well as correct nipple position. The augmentation will give you the volume enhancement and more upper pole fullness. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.
