At the salon they shaved my upper lip before the session and now (day after treatment) im starting to feel "stubble" (but im super detailist and observe myself every second :D). I dont want to shave between sessions. it seems weird for me and i just dont want to do it. Is it okay? Will the hair fall out? Or will it feel like stuble for a long time? If the hair wasnt in anagen phase will it fall out too?

I am not sure what you are having. With the IPL I use, there is no post treatment care needed 95% of the time as the machine is calibrated to emit a very specific wavelength that just attacks the red or brown without causing any other damage. I do, however, encourage everyone to use an 8-12%...

IPL and any laser hair removal can cause a paradoxical increase in hair growth, if that occurs you need to change to a different modality and add vaniqa cream or try electrolysis. Best, Dr. Emer.
