Lupus generally is an inflammatory disorder and in general the patient skin is more sensitive than usual. Thanks for your question. I'd wait. Prednisone can slow down your healing from any procedure. Some drugs increase your sensitivity to light, including some antibiotics. Best to wait a couple of weeks before having a cosmetic treatment.
