Swollen nose tip. What can be the cause?

For unknow reason my nose tip starts to swell. It takes nearly the whole day to go back to normal. I noticed If i don't take a shower, the swelling improve, but if i take a shower it stays swollen. Sometimes I see small clear drops, like water, on my nose tip when the swelling goes down. I saw 5 dermatologists with no help they didnt even saw any skin problem. What can be the cause ? Can palstic surgeron help better than dermatologists ? Thanks.
