I lost weight in a span of 4 years, for 3 years I have been working out and lifting weights but unfortunately it did not tighten at all. I heard about these new non-invasive devices such as J-Plasma and BodyTite, I went to for 2 consultation sessions, one told me that he will use Vaser and Jplasma for my loose skin but the cost is too much. The second surgeon told me that these devices won’t be beneficial for my case and Arm lift is the only option

Answer: Morpheus8 is a great option to help tighten the skin for a more defined look.
In our practice, we always follow liposuction with Renuvion J Plasma. This is because whenever fat is removed, skin laxity is created which diminishes the otherwise excellent results our patients want to see. It is crucial that we tighten this skin so that our patients look tight and sculpted...
No, you should have fairly good skin tone and I would suggest liposuction only of your abdomen and flanks. someday you may have children and later can have the tuck if needed. I do recommend trying to lose weight down to a healthier level.
I don't think you need J plasma for your abdomen, but it will not interfere with pregnancy. After pregnancy, you might need a tummy tuck to remove excess skin and tighten your abdomen. However, not all women do, especially if they are careful with weight gain during pregnancy.
