Will skin tightening devices such as J-Plasma be good for loose skin on my arms after weight loss? (photos)

Question

I lost weight in a span of 4 years, for 3 years I have been working out and lifting weights but unfortunately it did not tighten at all. I heard about these new non-invasive devices such as J-Plasma and BodyTite, I went to for 2 consultation sessions, one told me that he will use Vaser and Jplasma for my loose skin but the cost is too much. The second surgeon told me that these devices won’t be beneficial for my case and Arm lift is the only option

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Congratulations on your weight loss!  Actually, you would do well with minimally invasive radiofrequency skin tightening like Renuvion. Yes, it is a bit costly because of the price of the machine. I would not suggest the arms tuck for you because the long scar may look worse than your current loose skin.

Best onion picture I suggest you avoid surgical intervention.
My first-hand experience with Renuvion a.k.a. J plasma showed highly disappointing results by both myself and my patients.
Upper extremity liposuction and can give stunning results if done by a sufficiently skilled provider.
It doesn’t look like you have a lot of subcutaneous fat in your arm, and there is really no alternative to an arm lift for skin laxity.
In your case, my best recommendation is to not have surgery.
If you can find someone who is truly mastered, Liposuction, then that may be an option if you want your arm to be smaller.
If you judge results, based on your arm held out, expecting the skin to come up, you’ll probably be disappointed
