Indented scar on nose - how can I fix the volume loss? (Photos)

I had HA filler 6 months ago to correct minor assymetry in the nose but unfortunately it resulted in severe skin necrosis. This is the resulting scar after 6 months. There is clear indentation on the side of the nose tip that extends to the sidewall. Have tried fractional lasers which helped lighten the colour, but the indentation has not improved. What can I do to fix the volume loss, especially around the tip?

We do not advocate the use of temporary jail fillers, like HA, for use in somebody's nose, since in some cases, as you know, it may lead to necrosis, embolism, stroke, blindness, biofilm, or infection. Microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections on never associated with these problems. If there were a question as to whether or not your scar could be corrected, a saline demonstration could be offered. That is when we inject salt water into an area, to show somebody what to expect after Silikon-1000. The results last for several hours, and Silikon-1000 may then be performed as soon as 48 hours later. I hope this is helpful, and we wish you well moving forward. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
