Indented scar on nose - how can I fix the volume loss? (Photos)

I had HA filler 6 months ago to correct minor assymetry in the nose but unfortunately it resulted in severe skin necrosis. This is the resulting scar after 6 months. There is clear indentation on the side of the nose tip that extends to the sidewall. Have tried fractional lasers which helped lighten the colour, but the indentation has not improved. What can I do to fix the volume loss, especially around the tip?

The reason is that the capillaries that are targeted with this laser are superficial. Please be aware that some people can get worsening of rosacea and nasal redness after rhinoplasty. In that regard, it may be worth considering getting your laser treatments done after your rhinoplasty surgery....
