Post ostomy and hump reduction - Is there any less invasive ways to correct the strange shape of my nose? (Photos)

I had rhinoplasty in South Korea last December and after all the swelling went down I have been left with a strange shape. I had an ostomy and hump reduction but now it seems the lower half of my nose is still curved downwards and the top of the nose bone is somehow lower than the bottom part. It was quite an intense recovery so I am hoping there is a less intense method which would fix the strange shape.
