Asymmetry in cartilage one year post-rhinoplasty - What procedure would fix this? (Photos)

geotime
I had a closed rhinoplasty a year ago to slightly narrow the bridge of my nose and shave down a small bump on the bridge. The cartilage seems to have healed unevenly (or maybe there is scar tissue on one side?). On the left side of my nose, the cartilage above and to the left of the tip seems thicker than the cartilage above and to the right of the tip. In the photos, you can see the asymmetry very clearly when I am breathing in hard through both nostrils at once. Is this something that can be corrected? If so, what would the correction procedure involve? Thanks!
