Revision rhinoplasty - can I straighten the nasal tip and make it less bulbous? (Photos)

62 y/o male 80 kg Had a rhinoplasty x 20 years ago, after swelling went down noticed deviated and twisted to the left, booked a revision rhinoplasty with same surgeon x 1 year post rhinoplasty. Cancelled surgery due to anxiety. I’m looking for some unbiased surgical advise staightening the nasal tip and appearing less bulbous.
