This was supposed to be a revision surgery and i had zero breathing issues but nose was feeling a bit soft and had less cartilage so surgeon suggested ear grafts in the mid-nose area to provide firmness. did an open rhino and ended up with a fat wide and shapeless nose! the nose mid way looks fat.. i can feel see the spreader grafts - help! can they be removed or trimmed? it is 3 years since the surgery. surgeon says he wouldnt revise again :(
