What procedure is performed for flaring nostrils? The procedure that is commonly performed for white-based, flaring nostrils is an alar plasty. there is not ia large variety of choices here. If you want more narrow based nostrils that is the procedure which is available. You don’t show a basal view looking up at the nostrils, so it is hard to render any specific opinion relative to you, but in general that is the only effective alternative that I am aware of.
