What is the most suitable procedure to correct flaring of the nose when smiling? (photos)

Question

I have a pretty flat nose bridge and tip but I'm okay with that. What I'm looking to fix is how much my nose flares when I smile, without it looking unnatural. I've seen pictures of alar reductions where the sides of the nose slant downwards after and I don't want that. I've also seen people with relatively flat noses getting implants and the results tend to be a little off. Seen Botox as an option but don't know if it can be an effective treatment for me.

Alarplasty:
Alarplasty is a very fine and quick procedure that can narrow the nostrils and reduce the flare to soften the appearance. It has other names as well like ‘Weir Excisions’ or ‘Nostril Reduction’. What procedure is performed for flaring nostrils? The procedure that is commonly performed for white-based, flaring nostrils is an alar plasty. there is not ia large variety of choices here. If you want more narrow based nostrils that is the procedure which is available. You don’t show a basal view looking up at the nostrils, so it is hard to render any specific opinion relative to you, but in general that is the only effective alternative that I am aware of.
