Alarplasty revision? 1 year post-op & think nostrils are uneven & flaring/wide (Photos)

Hello. So a year ago I had alarplasty done, but I still think my nostrils are uneven and kind of flaring and wide. I consultedt three surgeons, two of them said I didn't need another alarplasty the third said I could have a revision. What should I do

The axis of your nostrils is up and back rather than anterior-posterior. An alarplasty would lower the back part of your nostrils to make them mare anterior-posterior. It's just a matter of preference!
