Treatments or filler for forehead scar/dent? (Photo)

I would recommend a scar revision to improve the scar on your forehead.  The scar appears hypo pigmented and wide, and I do not believe fillers would help with these issues.

While Bellafill can be helpful in treating some scars (especially certain acne scars), in your case it wouldn't be a good choice. You'd likely get the most satisfying results with a scar revision procedure; some improvement could be achieved using laser and micro-needling.

Hi there, I would not use filler to treat this area. First, I would do scar revision. I would strongly recommend the IntraCel which is micro-needling and radiofrequency. From a patient point of view you see results almost immediately with very little down time. Good luck, Dr. Downie
