I have had these scar ever since I can remember. My parents told me that I was still trying to walk when the unfortunate happened, and that I fell and plunged my forehead on a protruding screw and I did not get any stitching for the wound. I am wondering if there is a treatment to correct this?

HI,
These could be Sculptra nodules.
They may disappear on their own, however you should go back and show your injector the results. They may need to be dissolved with saline and or 5FU.
Sometimes steroid injections are needed.
