I am 33 year old male looking for expert sculptra injector in toronto for face volumization. I am wondering if a male patient gets sculptra, is there a risk of feminizing the face? Also what is the average cost per vial of Sculptra?

it is possible to feminize a male face with Sculptra injections if

Thank you for your question. I use sculptra in male patients on a daily basis. The injection technique for men versus women is very different. Novice injectors of sculptra may put you at risk for a feminized face. Ask to see before and after photographs of other male patients to see examples.

A male can be feminized with any of a number of different products-but it isn't the product-it's the injector!  Injectables are all used differently in the male face compared to a female face.  You need to find an experienced board certified injector to discuss your objectives.  Good Luck

Thank you for your question.  Sculptra is one of my favorite fillers for my male patients because the results are subtle and gradually build over the course of several weeks after each treatment.  Please keep in mind that many patients often need a series 2-3 Sculptra treatments for best results.  That said, if placed improperly, any filler can feminize the face, so I recommend seeing a cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon with extensive experience in treating male patients.  Prices for Sculptra vary depending on the expertise and qualifications of your injector, the amount of Sculptra being used, and the geographic location of the clinic.  I hope this helps!

This is a great question. I learned to do Sculptra in a clinic where most of the patients were men. Yes, the placement of fillers is different in men vs women. That is true of any filler, not just Sculptra. Find a board certified Dermatologist in your area.
