Can I use minoxidil if my family has no one with hair loss history?

I am 29 age male, I have almost around 3 year ago done my hair transplant without using any finasteride and minoxidil, and I feel now my transplanted hair is getting lesser and have a bit balding. And my family have no one hair loss history and now I am considering using minoxidil hope to have some improvement, my question is I'm I allow to use minoxidil if I my family have no one hair loss history?

You can use minoxidil 5%. Once you begin you need to use long term. It is important that use it long term.

yes you can start all hair loss products anytime early as prevention. start theradome now and in office PRP/acell.  
You need a formal evaluation to see what type of hair loss you may have. when you have hairless its best to do a full hormonal workup for internal optimization plus scalp biopsies or scrapings to rule out any stress related, inflammatory, autoimmune or infectious causes of hair loss. In general most people with early hair loss have telogen (stress related) and/or androgenetic (normal aging) and both can be treated with in office treatments like steroid injections, PRP/acell, Exosomes and at home treatments like oral medications, oral vitamins like Viviscal, topical exfoliating sprays like Restorsea, and weekly growth factors like anteagemd.  See an expert for an evaluation. If hair loss is significant it may requires hair transplant (follicular unit translation).

Hi there,Finasteride and Minoxidil should be on going even shortly after you have had the hair transplant, as one is trying to preserve the existing and transplanted hairs. On other words, a family history does not matter at all in any of the decisions that go into using minoxidil if the diagnosis of androgenetic alopecia has been confirmed. That said, you should make sure you have a proper assessment as one should not be losing transplanted hairs. That needs expert assessment.
