Tiny hairs with a black bulb falling out, could I have an issue? (Photo)

Question

Hi, recently I saw tiny hairs falling on my notebook while I scratched my head. Out of curiosity I started massaging my head in a circular motion and I saw more tiny hairs falling out. These tiny hairs had a black bulb on the end. I have also attached a photo of those hairs. I am terrified that even these tiny hairs are falling out. Does this imply anything? Please help!

You need a formal evaluation to see what type of hair loss you may have. when you have hairless its best to do a full hormonal workup for internal optimization plus scalp biopsies or scrapings to rule out any stress related, inflammatory, autoimmune or infectious causes of hair loss. In general most people with early hair loss have telogen (stress related) and/or androgenetic (normal aging) and both can be treated with in office treatments like steroid injections, PRP/acell, Exosomes and at home treatments like oral medications, oral vitamins like Viviscal, topical exfoliating sprays like Restorsea, and weekly growth factors like anteagemd.  See an expert for an evaluation. If hair loss is significant it may requires hair transplant (follicular unit translation).

From the description of your recent loss of hairs with tiny hairs with black bulbs these are typical "Exclamation Hairs" which are seen usually in a condition called alopecia aerate . This condition is not helped with hair transplantation -- You need to see a Dermatologist for treatment as soon as possible.
