Does exercise (especially weightlifting) negate the effects of Botox on the Masseter muscle?

Many times i noticed that after periods of gymming i started to develop a more squarish face probably due to the fact it is normal to clench your jaws extremely tightly during fatigue or high weight loads and this probably added muscle mass to the Masseter Jaws. If you have noticed, professional bodybuilders all have very big muscular faces. The big question is: Should i quit exercising if I am want to perform Botox on my Jaws regularly?
