Without an examination it's difficult to say what may be occurring. You may have done too much too soon as you are still early in your recovery. I encourage you to minimize your activity level and contact your surgeon if the area does not improve or worsens.

It's unlikely that you did major damage by using your arm to turn in bed but it is always best to talk to your surgeon just to be sure. Until you are able to speak with her/him rest the area and continue to follow post op instructions.
