Breast ache/hurt when lying down to sleep. Is this normal?

I am 5 days post op and have been sleeping upright since my day of surgery. My back start to hurt so I asked my doc if I could lie down flat on my back to sleep. So last night I tried last and few hours later I woke up as the side of my breasts start to hurt and I couldn’t move. Is this normal?
