Hi, I had eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty 38 days ago. Recently, I noticed that the scar at my right eye's inner corner became more obvious than before. Will it recover or improve by its own? I also feel some pain at this area at times, is that normal??? I would hope that I do not need to go for a steroid injection. Should I use scar gel such as Kelo-cote or Dermatix Ultra to help with it? Should I also apply such scar gel on my double eyelid incision scars too? Any help is appreciated!
