Change smile after facial fat transfer?

5monthspost op. Until now, i cant get back my wide smile before. I had 3cc upper cheeks,2cc nasolabial fold. And 8cc on chin. I didnt asked to fill my chin but my ps fill it without my concern. I had hollowness in buccal area and front cheeks are flat because of hifu damage(fat loss) . My lips shrunk, lower lip pull inside and side of upper lip was pulled down. I cant stretch my smile widely as if something is pressing it down in nasolabial area. I hate my chin too.what to do on this situation

We typically do not assess facial aesthetics with dynamic expression.We can’t really do surgery based on what the face looks like with contracted muscles either before during or after the procedure. I’m Generally, not a big fan of facial fat transfer because the results are inherently unpredictable and potentially unforgiving if people aren’t happy with the outcome.To me, your result overall looks better than before, so I don’t really see the problem.It’s difficult to assess the dynamic impact, and from a physiological perspective, grafting fat should not change the movement of your zygomaticus muscle.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
