Fat loss under my eyes after RF microneedling. Is there a solution?

After my recent treatment with RF microneedling I felt a noticeable fat loss under my eyes and worsening my skin texture there. After digging into it I learned that this might be a possibility. How many treatments to cause this? Is there a solution? I look much older and I'm so upset. This adverse effect was never discussed with me.

It is very likely that fat grafting with micro and nano fat grafts may be a good procedure to replace lost fat. However, you need to find a board certified plastic surgeon who is very experienced in this procedure. Good luck b

Fat cells are some of the more sensitive tissues and are therefore prone to and damage inducing treatment like RF. 
Some people have adipose tissues that are more sensitive than others. 
Volume restoration can be done in a number of ways. 
Fillers are ideal because they are precise, predictable and forgiving if you don’t like the outcome. Fat transfer in the face is the opposite. Implants and a procedure called a mid facelift may also be options. 
If they warned you that in rare instances some fat loss may be possible would you have not done the procedure?
