My face is very asymmetrical. I was in a car crash as an infant and have had facial trauma as a result (scars on chin as an example). The left side of my face is holding more fat in the cheek and the right side is holding less but shifted it down into under the chin. Could facial fat transfer improve my appearance? Or a combination of buccal fat removal and some form of implant? I’ve also noticed that one side is hollowing more than the other and starting to develop deep face lines/festoons.
