Is the right side of my face underdeveloped ? (photos)

Question

I've always noticed the right side of my face is so much different than the left side like my cheekbone is higher and my chin leans more to the left side , how can this be fixed?

You have so called left hemifacial microsomia, where the left side of the face is smaller than the right. You can observe the the length of the lower jaw is longer on the right, the cheekbones are different, brow position on the left is slightly lower, and even your glasses are not sitting precisely horizontally. This is a common finding in many patients, we are all asymmetric to some degree. Logically, the best way to correct this skeletal problem would seem to be a skeletal surgery to even out the bones- but this is easier said than done. Therefore, most of these problems are currently being corrected with various coumuflage techniques, such as adding fillers to hide the asymmetry, using Botox to elevate the lower brow, and possibly using facial implants. You need a face to face exam and consultation with a facial plastic surgeon to go over all the options and decide on the best option for you specifically.
