Dear vicki jessup,Finding the right Dr. is extremely challenging especially with the number of online platforms and resources available. There a lot of great Dr's available. Definitely check to make sure your choice specializes in the procedure you want and spend the time to read through patient testimonials. You can always pick up the phone and call around also, find an office you feel comfortable with and set up a few consultations. Choosing the right surgeon is the most critical step in your process. There many excellent surgeons available and it is important that you and you surgeon have a good relationship and agree to a surgical plan with which you are comfortable. You want to make sure the surgeon has experience in what you are planning to do and has the appropriate board certification. For example, if you're seeking a plastic surgeon, then the only board certification that matters is the one from the American Board of Plastic Surgery. A doctor can be "double" or "triple" board-certified without having that important certification. The following is a list of the only Surgical board certifications recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties:American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery American Board of Neurological Surgery American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology American Board of Ophthalmology American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery American Board of Otolaryngology American Board of Plastic Surgery American Board of Surgery American Board of Thoracic Surgery American Board of Urology Hope this helps and good luck!Dr. NimaBoard-Certified Plastic Surgeon, ABPSMember, American Society of Plastic Surgeons

Exercise can be resumed after 6 weeks post op. Fat that is transferred will be lost and gained just like all other fat.
