It has been 7 weeks and 4 days after my breast augmentation surgery. My right side implant still look like just after the surgery. I worry if there are something wrong cause the implant never dropped. I message it every day and wear bandage when I sleep. Do I need a revision?

Answer: High implant 7 weeks post BA Hello!Have you followed up with your plastic surgeon? It does look like one side may be tighter. There are other modalities beyond massage that might help - bra band, Singulair medication. It would be best to get some advice from your plastic surgeon. Best of luck!

Answer: One implant much higher than the other at 7 weeks post-op. My personal opinion is that your breast appearance should be close to the final look at about 6 weeks. By that time the body's immune system and healing stages have established the scar tissue that forms around the implant, fixing the position of the implant. Usually breasts are quite soft and the position is quite symmetrical by 6 weeks, although pre-op asymmetry may affect this as well. Please speak with your Plastic Surgeon about your concerns, as there may still be options other than additional surgery to correct an implant's position.
